The space This is an elevator building, and the apartment is on the top floor, so no one stomping around above you. It's 850 square feet in total, so very large for NY standards. The apartment is a corner, so it has light on 2 sides instead of just one, and faces the sun pretty much all day. Tons of light. I also have blackout curtains if you prefer to keep it out. I have super fast 1Gbps internet and a high end wifi router, so it reaches everywhere in the apartment, even with the doors closed. I also have a second small desk that I've added. You can use either my main desk or the small table like one. Brand new kitchen with everything you need if you want to cook. Pressure cooker, pots, pans, utensils. The living space is huge and L shaped. There's an area to just relax and listen to music in if you like, with a big memory foam beanbag sort of thing. There's also bluetooth speakers over there. I also have various types of foam rollers, fitness ball, yoga blocks, pull up bar, push up board and some other things if you like to do anything like that at home. Bedroom and living room have AC.
