Great place for students and workers needing longer-term housing. You have your own room with a desk, plus shared access to the upstairs bathroom and common areas (living room, kitchen, and lakefront dock). Most of our guests are remote workers, travel nurses, or academics associated with Northwestern or Loyola. The space You may use the dock for swimming and recreation, but no parties and no guests without prior approval. Also, swimming is at your own risk and a liability waiver is required as the lake can be dangerous. Guest access Street parking is available, but so is a reserved spot at a rate of $200 per month or $15 per night. There may be, at times, the option of renting a second upstairs bedroom.
