Enjoy a fully stocked, modern kitchen complete with spices, oils, and more, plus an array of games, puzzles, and books for entertainment. The outdoor shower is perfect for post-beach refreshment, while the front porch and fenced yard offer great spaces for children to play. Please note that due to the house layout and 1.5 bathrooms, it comfortably accommodates up to four adults. An additional $75 fee applies for hot tub use (available in winter only). Guest access Guests have access to the entire house, yard, deck and two porches, with the exception of a small, vacant addition in the rear. Other things to note Though there are 7 beds in the house, it really is not suitable for 7 adults. It is perfect for 4 adults and several children. Minimum rental age is 26. This is not a "party house". The golf cart holds 4-6 med. size adults MAX and driver must be at least 21 years old. Children under 16 must wear seatbelts and may not drive at anytime. (City laws). The hot tub is only available in the cooler months. There is a $75.00 additional charge for hot tub usage - please notify us in advance. We have a high chair, booster seat and pack n play available (for our grandchildren) and will set them up if requested. Minimum stay varies. Prefer 3 day minimum but exceptions can be made.
