This condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. Kitchen, living room, 2 patios. It is very peaceful and relaxing. Kitchen includes: full size fridge, microwave, toaster oven (large enough to cook pretty much anything) and all kitchen utensils. The space This home is located on the Bahai Principe resort. There is a beach located on the property, but it is on the other side of the property (near the resorts). You can drive to the beach or take a trolley which picks up at the parking lot entrance. The pool for the condo is located right outside of the building. There is security at the main gain who are very strict about allowing access to unauthorized individuals. There is also security at the front of the property who can help with any needs. TIP: you can purchase day passes for the Bahia Resorts at Sian Kaan for 800 pesos which allows you to use all of the Bahia resorts. You just show your QR CODE to receive that price. Guest access There is parking if you choose to drive (I always prefer having a vehicle) but if you would rather not, there is a trolley that runs every 30 minutes and picks up at the parking lot entrance. Other things to note Access to Bahai Principe resorts is no longer permitted without a pass. If you would like to use their amenities you may purchase daily passes at the clubhouse. These passes include all inclusive food, drinks, pool and beach access, and any hotel amenities. Hours of all inclusive are limited to 9-6 due to Covid. Cost for daily passes range from $60 to $95 USD depending on the package. However, if you show your QR code and purchase the day passes in Sian Kaan instead of the clubhouse, you can show your QR code and purchase the pass for half price. Sian Kaan is an adults only resort so you would have to use the other 3 resorts if you had children, but you can still purchase there.
