My cosy character cottage would be the perfect place to spend the start of the year. Spring and summer is good too. A 17th century Grade II listed property situated in the quintessential village of Southrop. In an area of outstanding natural beauty, a delightful Cotswold village very near to Burford and Bibury. The cottage is within walking distance of Thyme with its cookery school, restaurant, and Spa. The village pub (The Swan), is just minutes away. Always book if you want to eat there. The space The cottage is spacious and welcoming. It has original beams and an open fireplace with a wood burner. Exquisite new beds, one king and one double, new shower room and kitchen. The kitchen/dining room looks out on to a very large garden which is lawned and private. The kitchen table will seat six, and looks out onto the large private garden. This cottage is where you can relax or spend a more active time. You will arrive to a complimentary bottle of Prosecco, milk, biscuits, tea, Nepresso coffee, toiletries. Guest access Use of the private rear garden. The entrance is at the front of the cottage. A real sun trap front and back ! Other things to note There is parking directly outside the cottage to drop off your luggage. Then parking is in the village hall car park, which is one minute away. There is also a children’s play area in the village hall next door.
