Comfortable villa in a green wetland area, with large garden and three bedrooms. Ideal for nature lovers, families and groups! Complete with bikes, fast wifi, wood stove, airco and parking. The beds are made and there are plenty of towels. The kitchen is fully equipped and everything is stocked. Please note that our house is in a nature reserve: YOU'LL NEED A CAR The space Our house stands in a 600 m2 garden, which ends in a ditch full of fish, ducks and swans. On the partially covered veranda terrace with outdoor fireplace, it is lovely all seasons. With three bedrooms, a huge eat-in kitchen, two woodstoves and closets full of DVDs and games, it is an ideal place for a group or family. Our house is situated in a small bungalow park with large lots, tall trees and lots of privacy. Next to our house is a tennis court, a soccer field and a playground, and 100 meters away is the river where you can swim or rent a kayak. Much attention has been paid to the decoration of the house, with beautiful brocante furniture, antique tiles, a walk-in shower with rain shower and a large open dining kitchen with a table of over 3 meters. Guest access The house has everything you need for a wonderful stay: bikes, TV, wifi and a Sonos music system. The kitchen is equipped with a large 6-burner stove and 90-inch oven, a dishwasher and everything in terms of tools, pans and appliances for cooking enthusiasts. The small bathroom is hidden behind a wooden stable door. There is a large walk-in straw shower, tiled with zeliges (Moroccan tiles), toilet and double sink. Two steps up to the living room/sitting area, with games cabinet, TV and wood-burning stove. There is a washing machine and drying rack, plenty of bedding, blankets, sheets, towels, kitchen towels etc. Of course there are also many games, magazines and a good collection of books. At the far end of the garden is second terrace. Here is a dining table and a seat to enjoy the swans swimming by. There are no stair gates or partitions for the water, children must be watched. We do have a high chair and a camp bed for children up to about 3/4 years old. Please let us know if you need these and we will set them up and make the cot. Other things to note Our house is very suitable for those who want to enjoy nature, hiking, biking and water life. Our house is not suitable for groups of friends who want to party or make a lot of noise. We expect guests to treat our house and belongings with respect and also leave everything tidy upon departure. The bathroom has a spacious shower, a toilet and a double sink, but may be perceived as small for larger groups and may not provide enough privacy for friends or family members who are not familiar with each other. Our house is located in a remote nature reserve and can only be reached by car.
