Cottage in the first row with its own beach. NOTE The house is generally rented only for whole weeks. From Saturday to Saturday. It is possible to rent for more than one week at a time. The cottage is located on a large hilly natural plot with direct access to its own beach. The house is about 65 m2 with 4 beds, as well as a smaller annex where there are 2 extra beds. The house is decorated with a large living room, with a nice view of the Langlandsbæltet. Fully equipped kitchen. Large wooden terrace. The space The house is a nice but older family cottage, without the great luxury. The house is decorated: Large living room with dining area for 6 people, as well as sofa and TV. Fully equipped kitchen in open connection with the living room. The kitchen is equipped with: - Refrigerator. - Induction hob. - Dishwasher. - Coffee machine. - Microwave. - Everything in service. - Plenty of towels and cloths. Sleeping places are distributed as follows: In the house there are 3 smaller bedrooms with a total of 4 single beds. There is also a smaller annex with 2 single beds. There are 4 duvets and 4 pillows. Bring your own bed linen and possibly extra duvets and pillows. There is a smaller bathroom/toilet in the house. But there is also a large outdoor bathroom that is much easier to use when salt and sand need to be rinsed off after a swim. In addition, there is a beautiful sea view from the bathroom. :-) There is a washing machine in the cottage. There is NO internet installed in the cottage. But there's good coverage via mobile network. On television, there are "only" channels from Danish Radio (DR). It is possible to connect a computer to TVs via HDMI, but you must bring the necessary cables etc. The house is heated with both solar and electric heating, as well as a wood-burning stove. Access to garden furniture and sun beds that can be used on the large sun terrace. Guest access Guests have access to and use of the entire cottage. Private parking for the cottage. Please note, the house is not suitable for people with great difficulty walking, as it is located on a hilly plot, with several stairs. Other things to note The tenant is expected to perform light cleaning of the cottage before departure. Wiping hard surfaces and vacuuming floors. As well as washing the dishes. Tea towels and cloths must be washed and hung up. Consumption of electricity and water for general household use is included in the price. There is no possibility to charge electric cars in the cottage. There is access to a fast charger at Spodsbjerg Harbor, about 900 meters from the house. As a rule, the cottage is rented for whole weeks, from Saturday at 3 pm to Saturday at 10 am. Shorter stays only by special agreement. Key is handed over by appointment.
