A large, spacious and bright apartment with 3 bedrooms, a living room with a kitchen/dining room and a bathroom. Rooftop with laundry room and indoor clothesline. No additional cost. 3rd floor of a 3-unit building. No elevator or ramp. We have a crib and toys. Playa de Arinaga has restaurants, supermarkets, a health center, banks, playgrounds, an outdoor sports area, avenues and areas for relaxing on the beach, diving, and windsurfing (winds March-August). From Playa Arinaga to the Airport: 11.8 Km The space Functional furniture. Alarm with motion sensor, disconnected when the customer is inside. Make sure that children do not touch the buttons on the panel because it calls the police and firefighters even when disconnected! The maximum occupancy of the house is 5 people. For babies there is a high chair as well as baby dishes and glasses. A toilet adapter and baby bath are available in the bathroom. The living room has a sofa bed with a chest where the covers to cover the sofa are located, as well as extra blankets. We provide guests with beach towels, an umbrella, and children's beach toys. Guest access Guests can access all areas of the house and the laundry area on the roof, consisting of a washing machine and indoor clothesline. Playing, partying, or sunbathing on the roof is not allowed. Other things to note The building does not have an elevator. Tap water is not suitable for drinking.
