The space 3-room apartment on two floors with balcony, open living and kitchen area, two bedrooms, bathroom and guest toilet, as well as a storage room. The apartment BS_66 has an unusual, yet very tasteful furnishings. The apartment is on the second floor of house B in the residence on Lake Balmer. It stretches over around 70 m² over two floors. On the ground floor is the open living and kitchen area with cozy couch and modern living wall with flat screen, a guest toilet and a storage room. The high-quality kitchen is equipped with an oven, 4-burner ceramic hob, hood, fridge and microwave. At the large dining table, four people have enough space. The large floor-to-ceiling sliding window not only grants a lot of light on the ground floor of the apartment, but also the opening to the balcony and the view of the pond right next to the complex. At the same time, you can also look out over the Achterwasser and its beautiful nature. The elegant wooden staircase leads to the upper floor of the apartment. Here are the master bedroom with comfortable box spring bed, the children's room with two single beds and a modern bathroom with large mirror, shower, toilet and separate hanging toilet. For our guests there is a car parking space at the house.  Feel free to use our free, open Wi-Fi access in the house.
