From high voltage to relaxation!

This former transformer house has stood against the beautiful Frisian village of Wirdum for more than 100 years. It has been converted into a beautiful tractor hut with great care and attention. You could also call it a tiny house, because despite the small space, it has almost every comfort. In the village, you will find a café/restaurant and a small supermarket with bread from the warm baker. The space It is a particularly pleasant space and you have a clear view on two sides through super large windows and doors. Inside and outside blend together! The space is compact, but you don't experience it that way. Due to the large windows and doors, there is a lot of light and visibility. The modern light paneling and finish creates a pleasant spacious feeling. The goal was to make the most of the compact space for the most pleasant experience possible. Both inside and outside. And preferably with non-everyday solutions. But with beautiful furniture and accessories. So I tried to create a completely unique atmosphere and interior. Guest access The entire apartment. Other things to note It is a small cottage of 28m2 floor space. In this small space, I try to offer everything needed for a comfortable stay. Still, there are things different from a normal house. The stairs, for example. During the day you can put it upright so that it takes up less space and when you go upstairs you pull it on. And there are a few more things like that. It contributes to the experience and it is a bit part of cottages of this size. In short, the most important amenities: Kitchen with refrigerator, microwave with grill function, induction hob, coffee maker for coffee pads, pots and pans and cutlery. And there is coffee (several flavors, including decaf), tea, (powdered) milk and sugar.
