This lovely old railway cottage has been family owned for 50 years and recently refurbished. It boasts a good sized kitchen and living room, log burner and pantry. It has an authentic stairway leading to 3 bedrooms and smart bathroom with shower and bath. The stairs are steep and windy with no hand rail so unsuitable for anyone with mobility issues. It has a private garden with patio and seating for 8, ungated but situated within a secure gated courtyard. Please note the need to take bed linen. The space At present, guests are required to take their own linen and towels and also be prepared to leave the cottage clean and tidy, for the cleaner. Well-behaved dogs are very welcome , if they are kept downstairs. There is a private garden accessed through the courtyard, with sunny patio table and chairs....ideal for outside drinks/dining. Cottage sits in an enclosed courtyard, sharing this space with 3 other properties. There is a large recreation ground opposite and it is a short walk to the village. External, covered and secure storage available for keen cyclists. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house, and there is wi fi available. There are 2 double bedrooms and one single. Other things to note Please remember that due to its popularity, Burnham prices are high. The price you are paying is very reasonable, as I am keen for people to explore this area on a budget. Please please read the information about linen carefully. Prices have had to go up recently due to clients not cleaning properly when they have chosen to do this. The cleansing is now included in the price. For this I apologise.
