Summer cottage West Coast Gothenburg

Welcome to rent our summer house on the West Coast with a walking distance of five minutes to Salta beach. Our wonderful house is located 15 kilometers south of Gothenburg on Smithska Udden, also called "Smitten". The house is located high up and without view from passers-by. The property is a beautiful natural plot of 1000 sqm. You live close to nature with all the greenery. Pets, see other information. The space The house is suitable for up to 4 people, 2-3 people optimally, where a maximum of 3 are adults. The house is 50 sqm divided into 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 room with a single bed, (extra bed for a fourth person is available). Toilet with water closet (new for 2013) and with sink and hot water. A large living room with entrance, dining area, kitchen, sofa and TV. We take showers outside next to the house, well protected without being seen. It's a regular shower with hot water. We also do dishes outside next to the house, regular sink with faucet and hot water. Cleaning is not included. The guest cleans before departure. If cleaning is desired, notify 1 week before arrival for booking and price proposal of cleaning. The guest pays for the cleaning. Cleaning products and detergents are available. If you come by car, there is parking on the property. We can provide bed linens and towels. Bed linen 1-2 people €25 + €10 for towels. 1-4 people €35 + €10 for towels. Wi-Fi is ordered in conjunction with booking. Cost SEK 150 or €15 Guest access Lush, secluded garden of 1000 sqm. 1 covered terrace and 1 uncovered. Parking on the property. Offers Wi-Fi. Barbecue, we barbecue a lot and enjoy the lush plot and the wonderful thing about washing dishes outdoors. A cottage and plot that invites you to spend time outdoors. Several different small loops to walk around Udden. A kiosk is within walking distance, 2-3 minutes, at the end of the parking lot. There's also a kiosk at the docks. . Our parking lot on the property is very large, so we can use it ourselves/for others during the guest's stay. The parking lot is well protected from the property and there is no intrusion on the guest's stay at the cottage. Cabin and parking are separated in level height from each other. Other things to note At the end of the parking lot, towards the water after the gate, there are containers for garbage disposal. There is waste sorting for food and other items. The bins are in a locked shed as it is only for us who live at Smitten. Empty glass and cans must not be left in the garbage room but must be taken to the garbage sorting at ICA Kvantum at the roundabout or at Nästestparkering . It is of absolute importance to know that the guest may only use the toilet paper we provide at the beginning and nothing else may be flushed down the toilet. The pipes are narrower than "ordinary" pipes. The guest will bear the cost of repair if it turns out the guest caused a blockage due to negligence. Dogs are not allowed to be brought along without asking the question first and getting an approval from me. (It's okay, just want to be asked and talk about rules) Cats or other pets are not allowed to be brought.
