Pretty Victorian Cottage

Situated in the garden of England, Poppy Cottage is the perfect location for a business traveller or holiday maker who needs easy access to all that Kent, Sussex and Surrey offers. Open fires and pretty gardens create a peaceful home from home. The space There is plenty of space in this pretty Victorian cottage, with many features including a separate lounge with an open fire. A long cottage garden has many different areas to eat and relax in providing privacy and quiet away from your travels or work stress. Guest access The house has become available as an entire house rental having been a hosted property for many years. The use of one King room and a sofa bed in the lounge is available for guests. The hosts personal items remain in the loft room on the top floor which is not accessible to guests. There is a beautiful garden to relax in and lovely walks locally with several National Trust properties to enjoy. The sofa bed is offered for free use to guests to bring own bedding or there is a charge if bedding is required. It is for one person of medium build or a child over 10 - this is not suitable for two people. Please contact the host with any questions. Other things to note The second loft bedroom is not currently available to airbnb guests. The house has one king bed and a sofa bed option that is can be set up in the lounge, an office is available on request. This is a home and has a full operational kitchen with basic cupboard items for guest use.
