One-room 3-bed apartment. A bathroom in the room (shower cabin). The bedroom has: a double bed, an armchair bed. Wardrobe, dresser. Split system. TV (20 channels). You can cook in the shared kitchen (available for guests of two rooms). The kitchen has a fridge, microwave, gas stove, kettle, all necessary utensils. Fast Wi-Fi. The space The rooms are fully equipped: TV, air conditioning, fast Wi-Fi, individual clothes dryer, bed linen, individual towels, hairdryer on request. All beds have waterproof mattress covers to protect against children's surprises. Change of towels and bed linen and cleaning in the room every 7 days. There is a washing machine (shared for all rooms, free to use). The large courtyard (500 sq.m) includes a playground and recreation areas for adults (3 gazebos, a barbecue). Cold and hot water with good pressure and no interruptions!
