Our Guest House (690 sq. ft.) with 12 foot ceilings is filled with all the conveniences. Imagine being able to walk to the historic downtown shopping square, restaurants, Lake Huron, concert venues, ... Your retreat has WiFi, TV, kitchen (Air Fryer, Toaster Oven), French Press for coffee. RADIANT HEATING ON FLOOR, air conditioning, ceiling fan, comfortable workspace (round table) and free parking. You have your own outside patio, and Private Keypad entrance. The space Your Guesthouse is your own domain, shared with no one. Luxury three-piece bath, free parking, able to walk to most sites of interest. Owners will assist you as little or as much as you desire. Guest access You will have access to the whole guesthouse (excluding garage) which has no steps at entrance or in the whole house. Other things to note WE OFFER LOWER PRICES FOR OUR GUESTHOUSE WHEN IT IS BOOKED FOR AT LEAST SEVEN DAYS. WE HAVE TAKEN EXTRA CARE TO DISINFECT TOUCHED SURFACES AND A THOROUGH CLEANING HAS BEEN DONE.
