'Casa in ne Barche' is a detached artist house surrounded by greenery. The village of Prelá Castello is about 200 m away and there are no neighbors in the immediate vicinity, so you can enjoy absolute tranquility. In the evening you only hear a few owls or owls, in the morning birdsong. Originally, it was a half collapsed natural stone house (Rustico). With much imagination, work and patience a little paradise was created. It is a special object, which is equipped with a great sense for aesthetics and attention to detail. To get into the house you have to walk for about 200 meters on an ancient mule track through the olive terraces. It is a beautiful path that runs on one level, but only for the sure-footed. You also have to carry your luggage along here. Rolling suitcases are not recommended. The house has two floors, on the ground floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and a small adjoining toilet and a kitchen. Here you will find all the comforts of modern life such as refrigerator, dishwasher, gas stove with electric oven and a wood stove. The large dining table can seat up to 6 people. On the second level, there is a second bedroom with two single beds and a light-flooded shower room. Here you will also find a washing machine. The outdoor area consists of a stone-paved terrace where you can enjoy the cozy summer evenings with a glass of wine, have a barbecue or sunbathe with your family or friends. The house is surrounded by meadows, olive terraces and gardens with an open view to the wide valley. In the garden, near the house there is a mini pool, about 90 cm deep. Swimming is not enough, but to cool off or watch the sunsets with a glass of Prosecco in hand: ideal. The terrain is not fenced and partially terraced. Since the dry stone walls are partly over 2 m high and unsecured, we consider the property for families with children under 6 years not suitable.
