Aux Cocottes d'Adèle, house to rent in Picardie

Bonjour! Je m’appelle Karine. I am originally from France but live already 20 years in the Netherlands. I recently inherited my mother's home in Agnières. I am very attached to our family home but cannot always stay there so I decided to share it with others by renting it. Aux Cocottes d’Adèle is a detached house with a fully enclosed garden. Our friends on 4 legs, our dear dogs, are welcome! The space Distribution of the rooms in the house: Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with a glass ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, freezer, Senseo coffee machine, water boiler, bread toaster, food processor, all sorts of kitchen utensils and of course enough dishes and cutlery. Living Room The living room is divided in a cozy sitting room with a big fireplace and television. In addition, there is a DVD- and CD-player together with a large collection of CD's and DVD's, many books (in French, English and Netherlands) and several board games for old and young. Bedrooms There are 3 bedrooms in the house. Two bedrooms with a bed for two persons; in one of of these bedrooms the bed for 2 persons can be separated in two beds for one person. The third bedroom contains a bed for one person. Bathrooms There are 2 bathrooms in the house, both with toilets and one of them with a bath the other with shower. Terras & Garden The house is surrounded three quarters by a garden. Therefore sun from morning to evening. If the evening are getting fresh, the porch will allow you to enjoy still the garden. If the summer is getting to hot, a little swimming pool will allow you to cool down. Guest access Guests have access to all rooms of the ground floor of the house. Other things to note In the winter there are extra stoking costs (€60 per week)
