The space •The home is a beautiful, spacious vintage home warm and welcoming. •Updated high speed fiber wi-fi internet (1000 Mpbs). •Large living and dining room with lots of indoor plants for freshness. •51 inch HD Television in the living room. (Fire TV/and Standard Cable). There is complimentary Netflix provided to our guests. •Warm and spacious dining room with dining table that seats 8-10 people. •Huge Kitchen fully equipped with cookware needed for cooking and baking (Pots, Pans, Utensils, Cutlery and Tools). •There are 6 bedrooms on the 1st floor, and one in the basement. •Each bedroom is fully furnished, with comfortable queen sized beds, beautiful curtains, carpet covered floors, study table and chair, dresser, and plenty of closet space with lots of hangers. •A cozy coffee/study room upstairs. •Laundry room is in the basement with washer and dryer. Complimentary laundry detergent, fabric softener, and dryer sheets provided for guests. •Additional storage room and 1 large bedroom is adjacent to the laundry room in the basement. •Alarm system for added security (ADT). Guest access • Guests have private access to the home. • Check-in using lock box or an in-person (on request) Other things to note • Please treat the home with the same respect and care as you would to your own. • No noise policy needs to be followed at all times. • NO PETS. • Absolutely NO PARTIES. Any party/ events or large gatherings held without consent will be subject to an additional fee of $1000. • Only guests named at the time of booking are allowed to occupy the home. • NO SMOKING/ Vaping or use of drugs inside and outside the property is strictly prohibited. Violators will be subject to a fee of $1000. (cleaning and deodorizing charges). • You are welcome to have the complimentary tea, coffee, oil, salt, sugar and snack bars.
