Right at the threshold of Trollheimen and overlooking Granasjøen, this makes a very good starting point for both hiking and fishing. The cabin (approx. 110 sqm) is newly built and modern, with a complete kitchen and bathroom. There are a total of three bedrooms with potentially eight beds (when using double beds). Road all the way to the cabin, and the nearest grocery store is about 2-3 km away. NOTE: Only routine snow removal on Friday and Sunday, but it is possible to get additional snow removal in case of heavy snowfall/blizzard (NOK 1,000). There is a road all the way to the cabin, and the nearest grocery store is about 2-3 km away and is open during holidays and on many public holidays. To Oppdal and Berkåk it takes 25-30 minutes by car. The cabin is in log ceiling, has a high standard and is about 110 sqm. Partially open solution between living room and kitchen with great long table and corner sofa in front of the fireplace (TV can be connected to PC, tablet, etc.; HDMI cable is ready). Covered terrace with table and chairs. Electric heating, heating cables in the hallway, kitchen and bathroom, but also possibilities for wood burning for extra heat and comfort. The tenant cleans the cabin himself and leaves it so that it is ready for the next guest. Guest access Access to all parts except a locked room on the 1st floor and annex/gapahuk. Other things to note If there is a lot of snow and wind, you have to be aware that it can be difficult to get up and down the driveway to the cabin. Routine snow grooming on Friday and Sunday.
