There is wifi, a satellite TV, DVD player, a stereo CD player, a docking station for an Iphone 5, and books and games. The kitchen has all necessary cooking utensils, and there is a microwave, induction hob, electric oven and dishwasher. There is a washing machine in the laundry room. The house has just had air conditioning installed. The grounds are approx 1/4 acre and are completely fenced as is the swimming pool The house is close to the beautiful Gironde estuary, and has stunning views over the vineyards and the estuary itself.
