Studio Flandrien is a no-nonsense studio apartment located on a quiet street, officially recognized and licensed by Visit Flanders. The studio is specifically designed with cyclists in mind, although other guests who share a passion for cycling are just as welcome. The interior is simple yet well maintained. In consultation with the owners, guests can use the backyard to unwind after a demanding (cycling) effort. The space During your stay, you will have access to: Ground floor: a private entrance and a storage space for bicycles. First floor: a studio with a fully equipped kitchen, a sitting area, and a double bed separated by a partition wall. Second floor: an additional bedroom with two single beds (available for bookings of 3 or more guests), a small bathroom, and a separate toilet. Guest access Access to the holiday home: - The front door is equipped with a key box. The code will be provided on the morning of arrival. - Access to the owners' garden is possible by appointment. Other things to note - There is a small step in the stairwell on the second floor. - Using the stairs with cycling shoes is not allowed. - Pets, candles, and smoking are not permitted.
