The popular Schinkelquartier lies between the lively Mühlenkamp and Barmbeker Straße in the south and north, between the Goldbek and Osterbek Canal in the west and east. In this quarter, the apartment is located in a traffic-calmed side street. Since I like to feel comfortable in my apartment, :-) I have put a lot of effort into the furnishings and tried to provide high-quality equipment. That's why it's important to me that my guests feel at least as comfortable in my oasis of well-being as I do! My wish is to offer my guests a cozy stay where they lack nothing, invites them to enjoy themselves and everyone feels at home. Please accept my style of furnishing and tolerate my personal touch in the apartment. In the spacious built-in wardrobes in the hallways are in parts my private things. Of course, there is ample space for my guests' clothing and belongings. All kitchen utensils can be used. A basic set of spices, salt, oil, tea is available and can be shared. Guest access The whole apartment, including amenities, is available except for one room - quasi the actual 4th room - for free use. The beautiful sun balcony is accessible via the living room-kitchen. In the fall and winter months, I move the balcony furniture around. If you would like to use this during this time of year, please let me know with the booking so that I can provide a table and chairs. :-) Other things to note Very friendly neighborhood throughout the house! Please be equally friendly to everyone to maintain the pleasant and helpful home atmosphere. Thank you! My big request is that my plants be cared for. These are 4 orchids (set in a water bath 1x per week for 15-20 min.) and 1 palm (water a little 1x per week). You don't need a particularly strong green thumb for this! ;-) The flat is extremely well located.
