Sleeps 8 You will have full and private access to this beautiful beach home. 3 private bedrooms and two baths (plus a den with sleeper sofa and barn door for privacy), full washer and dryer , fully fenced and private back yard with gorgeous inground pool (brand new as of 2019), with a big patio and lots of places to relax and enjoy the Florida sunshine ! Propane grill for a little BBQ at the end of a long day swimming and sunning at the beach, a 5 min stroll down the road. Located in Vilano Beach which has numerous restaurants and shopping as well as Publix food store 2 min drive away with pizza place/Chinese food take out etc ! Two driveways, gives space for you to bring your boat and enjoy St Augustine by water ! Vilano boat ramp close by (5 min drive)! One well behaved and friendly dog under 40 lbs may be possible with prior permission and additional pet fee. Dog must be on flea medicine , and we ask kindly that proof is submitted prior to checkin. Please….No dogs permitted on furniture or beds, and only well traveled, house broken , and friendly dogs will be permitted. We apologize but due to insurance regulations we can’t have any breeds from the restricted breed list at on the property, or any puppies , or multiple dogs. The full home is yours to enjoy during your stay ! Beach chairs/umbrella provided for Guests’ convenience as well ! Private pool and nice backyard with propane grill . Absolutely no gatherings or parties permitted at the home. Only those guests registered in the booking are permitted at the home. New pool heater as of November 2022! Please note : pool can be heated to a set temp of 85 degrees during the months of Nov-April for an additional fee depending on length of stay. If you’d like the pool heated during your stay within those months, please let us know and we can quote you a pool heating fee to be added on ! We must know no less than 48 hours prior to your checkin date if you’d like the pool heated so the water has time to heat up . Pool is not heated during summer months. I will meet you in person for checkin to show you around the home , and then I am available by phone during your stay and can be there quickly if need be ! Vilano Beach is a great beach town just north of the historic district in St Augustine. Less than 5 miles to the historic district, nice and close ! There are numerous delicious restaurants in Vilano that you can walk to or quick drive away, and the Vilano Pier is close by as well for Fishing ! Also the beach is gorgeous in this location, it’s literally a 5 min walk from the house. Vilano boat ramp is 2 miles away too for those traveling with their boats. You can’t beat the sunsets or sunrises from this beach. Absolutely breathtaking ! Uber downtown for a day on the town or a night out ! You can walk to a lot right here in Vilano Beach and there’s a food store close by so you really don’t need a car if you don’t want to have one ! Perfect beach getaway location.
