A weekend in the countryside 1 hour from Paris!

The space 1 hour south of Paris, in a small hamlet, this old stone house offers you comfort and an exceptional setting to spend an excellent weekend or more, with family or friends. Fully equipped to accommodate young children. Stone house built in 1870 on 3 levels, it is located on a closed plot of 2500 m2 wooded and landscaped. On the ground floor: a large living/dining room of about 35 m2 with a large fireplace, an office with 1 single bed and an extra bed, a bathroom with toilet and a fully equipped kitchen. On the 1st floor, 3 large, bright, fully renovated bedrooms with double bed, 1 separate toilet and a shower room. Finally on the top floor, under the attic, a bedroom with 3 twin beds and a game room that can be converted into a bedroom if necessary. For the reception of young children, the house is equipped with travel cots, changing mat, baby bath and high chair. - High-speed Internet Wi-Fi access throughout the house. - Cable TV with many channels (Freebox) - BlueRay & DVD player - Airplay Hi-Fi channel to broadcast your own musical atmosphere. - You have access to the fireplace to enjoy the beautiful winter evening. (We will ask you for a small contribution for the wood). The house is equipped with smoke detectors and a fire extinguisher. - In summer, you have access to all the garden furniture to enjoy the beautiful summer days (sun lounger, outdoor table, barbecue...) - Upon arrival, each guest will have a towel at their disposal for the duration of the stay. - All sheets are provided. Upon arrival, the beds will be clean and made. - In the kitchen, you have access to all the amenities (dishwasher, toaster, kettle, filter coffee machine and Nespresso, oven...). For your convenience, we can organize and provide breakfast at an additional cost. (Juice, brioche, jam, bread, honey, Nutella, Cruesli and Muesli...) Please contact us with any requests you may have. We will do our best to fulfill them. We will welcome you and introduce you to the house on the day of your arrival so that you have no difficulty during your stay. We will remain available for any questions. If you wish, we can offer you walks, leisure activities, and visits to the region. The house is not overlooked and is located in an old small village of about 15 houses at the bottom of the Essonne valley, next to the Château de Rouville. The road that leads to it is a dead end, which ensures you perfect tranquility. From the house, you have a large number of walks or bike rides to enjoy nature. The house is accessible by car in 1 hour from Paris. Very easy access by the A6 (A6 motorway). It is also possible to get there by train from Paris Châtelet or Gare de Lyon by RER C Terminus MALESHERBES. However, you will need to plan the transfer between the station and the house (5 minutes by car).
