The Studio - outstanding annex in rural Wiltshire

Whether you are looking for a quiet retreat for sightseeing around the beautiful local area or somewhere to stay for business then the Ranch Studio is ideal. The accommodation is modern, well appointed and completely self-contained so you can be secure and relaxed to enjoy your visit. The space A very well appointed, light and airy studio apartment in a self-contained separate building. The space comprises a downstairs entrance hall with seating and a desk for work and itinerary planning. There are stairs to an upstairs studio which is an open plan space with king sized bed, 2 Chesterfield sofa's and side tables. There is a kitchen area at one end and a separate shower room at the other. The kitchen is equipped with hob, microwave, sink, fridge and Nespresso coffee maker complete with cooking implements and crockery. There is also a breakfast bar and stools. The shower room has a large shower in enclosure. Convenience and entertainment is provided by a Smart TV and wifi. Additional facilities are hairdryer and USB charging outlets. There is good storage for personal belongings and a full sized wardrobe downstairs. Outside there is a fully enclosed secluded courtyard with table and chairs. Parking is directly in front of the Studio for up to 2 cars. Tea and coffee making facilities are available as is the makings for a light self-served breakfast. If you prefer to eat out there is an excellent pub restaurant 10 mins walk away and a variety of other eateries within 2-3 miles. Guest access The studio is a completely separate building which has its own access not shared or used by us. You have complete and exclusive use of the facilities during your stay. The key is collected and deposited in a lock box by the door and so arrival and departure times are when you want - no need to agree these with us. You will be responsible for ensuring the building is locked when you go out during the day. The arrival and departure times are 3 p.m. and 11 a.m. respectively. Should you wish to arrive/depart outside of these hours then please ask. We will do our best to accommodate your request to allow you the maximum time in the accommodation whilst ensuring adequate preparation time for any arriving guests. Other things to note COVID Protection. COVID and similar will be around at a low level for the foreseeable future. To be extra cautious we have taken the following measures to protect our guests during their stay: 1. All rooms will be thoroughly deep cleaned before each visit using anti-bacterial agents. We personally clean the rooms and fully comply with the Airbnb policies as well as local government regulations 2. Checking in and out is on a contactless basis using a key box. We are always available to help but will not routinely meet guests during their stay. 3. All washing areas will be supplied with anti-bacterial hand wash and gel. 4. All food consumables will be provided as sealed individual portions where applicable - e.g. sugar, tea bags, jams, milk etc. To encourage longer stays we have increased the weekly discount. Other Points We welcome infants and small people staying and it is ideal in you will not be disturbed or disturb anyone else. However, there is staircase up to the studio from the entrance hall which does not have a stair gate. The downstairs hall does have a lot of space to store a small persons accessories!
