The space The 50-square-metre Premier Studio (including the loft) is located on the first floor of the building with direct access to Via Moncini and is equipped with a 40-inch flat-screen smart TV, a kitchen in a dedicated compartment, a living room with fireplace, a bathroom with either shower and bidet and a hairdryer. It is also equipped with bed, kitchen and bathroom linen and all crockery. The flat also offers all basic services such as hot and cold water, independent heating and electricity. The leather sofa in the living room can be converted into a comfortable double bed if required. Children up to three years of age are free if they sleep with their parents or in their own cot.
