Lovely lodge in Coquetdale with views from terrace

Our lovely two-bedroom lodge is on an attractive park of 14 privately owned timber lodges. It looks out towards rolling hills and eating outside is a delight in fine weather. There is a small playground, a barbecue area and a mini-laundrette. It is 15 minutes’ walk to the centre of Longframlington with its two pubs, the famous Running Fox teashop, a village store and butcher’s shop. Linden Lodge is an ideal base for exploring the breathtaking Northumberland countryside and coast. The space Linden has double glazing and gas central heating and offers relaxing modern non-smoking accommodation with a spacious, comfortably furnished, open plan lounge (with TV & DVD), kitchen, bedroom with king-sized bed and ensuite shower room, twin bedded room. There are good quality cotton duvets and pillow cases on all beds. Both bedrooms had new carpets in 2023. There is a luxury house shower room with 1200 x 900 rain shower, quality washbasin unit with bluetooth mirror and light, soft close w.c. and smart Karndean flooring. The modern kitchen includes a dishwasher, larder fridge, built-in fan oven and grill and gas hob. There is new flooring in the kitchen and new carpet and a new TV in the lounge. Your rental includes all bed linen, towels, tea towels, duvets and pillows and a starter pack of soap, toilet rolls, kitchen towels and dishwasher tablets. The lodge will be fully serviced before and after your visit. There is a front terrace with superb open views, where you can eat al fresco at the picnic table or take in the scenery from one of the comfy relaxer chairs provided for guests. Although there is a good Vodafone phone signal, the park does not have access to wifi so you will be able to forget your emails for a few days! As a result of past experiences, we are unable to accept dogs or other pets. We do not accept bookings from single-sex groups of young people. Guest access The whole lodge is yours for the length of your stay. The Fram Park facilities are available for all lodges and are managed by the owners of the park. There is parking for one car next to the lodge and further free parking in the main car park 50 m from the lodge. Other things to note 1. Although Linden is shown as not suitable for babies, this is because we don’t have the space to store a cot. If you want to bring a travel cot etc. with you then babies are welcome provided the maximum adult occupancy (4) is not exceeded. 2. Please note that dogs and other pets are not allowed at Linden. 3. Because we don't have wifi on Fram Park the TV is not a smart TV, so although you can get all the Freeview channels, there is no Netflix etc. We have tried to compensate for this by providing a DVD player and a good range of DVDs. 4. Linden is in a small park of log cabins and lodges. It is in a peaceful location on the edge of the village. It is great for a quiet break for couples, families and friends but not suitable for groups wanting to party late into the night. We do not accept stag or hen parties.
