Welcome to Tegefjäll Enbäret Panorama! The apartment is located high up with a magnificent view from the terrace over Åreskutan. It is ski-in ski-out and a nice and cozy newly-built apartment (completed in 2016) with everything you may need. Both Tegefjäll's and Duved's lift systems (they are connected) are just outside the door. When you stay with us, you also have the opportunity to rent our Fjällpulken, mountain backpacks, tents and more. Just ask and we'll arrange it. The snow racer and the sleds are free to borrow:) The space Boendet/The house: Bedroom 1: • 180 cm double bed Bedroom 2: • Bunk bed with lower bed 160 cm and upper 90 cm. • Desk and office chair • Wardrobe Hallway: • Storage for outerwear Living room/kitchen: • Open plan between kitchen and living room • Sofa bed 180 cm • Dining table with 6 seats • Fireplace • Patio • TV 50-inch (Smart TV) Bathroom: • Shower/toilet and sauna • Washing machine available in the utility room Utility room (opposite the toilet) • Storage for boots and outerwear that do not fit in the hall • Washing machine Other: • A parking space with engine heater • Lockable ski storage room • Independent check-in and check-out with code lock Guest access: • Guests have access to the whole apartment. Other things to note: • Rented only to well-behaved persons. Smoking, pets and parties are not allowed. We have neighbors who are permanent residents and have small children, so we ask you to be considerate. Bed linens and towels are not included, so bring your own. If you have forgotten, however, you can rent from us for SEK 150/set. This is because we are not able to wash between guests. Cleaning is not included in the price, but you can do it yourself. The apartment must be in good condition at check-out. Garbage/sorting should not be left, and dishes should be put away. Wi-Fi: Good 100 Mbit/s internet included. Guest access A parking space is included. There are buses to Tegefjäll but keep in mind that the apartment is located high up so you have to walk up a fairly steep hill to get to the house. However, it is quite possible to stay here without access to a car. Other things to note The apartment is on the ground floor without steep stairs and is therefore suitable for people with disabilities or families with children.
