Welcome to the Round House! This one-of-a-kind, converted grain silo has everything you need to feel right at home. The bedroom is upstairs. Delta is a gateway to the Western Slope of Colorado. Grand Mesa, Black Canyon National Monument and innumerable outdoor destinations are within a short distance. Please let me know if you are traveling with a dog when you reserve. There is a $30 PER dog fee. No Cats Please. If your stay is longer than 14 days there will be an additional deep cleaning fee. The space This unique round house is close to Delta and is easy to find. The upstairs is spacious and has a skylight and original hatch that opens for cool air to come in at night. The king size bed is very comfortable with reading lamps and USB ports on each side for convenience. There is hanging space for clothes and a dresser as well. A reading chair completes the bedroom. Downstairs you’ll find a bathroom with a custom tile shower with on demand hot water. The kitchen is well appointed and if you don’t have what you need I probably have it in my house. Feel free to ask. The living area has a couch and table with two chairs. TV and radio with CD player too. There is a fenced dog yard for your furry friends. Guest access There is a large gravel driveway with plenty of room to turn around. Plenty of parking space. Other things to note I’m happy to have dogs come to visit but I will be asking for an extra cleaning fee so I can get the Round House just as clean as it was for you. The extra is $30 PER dog. I will send you a claim from resolution center after you book or you can pay when you get here. Thanks in advance. Please let me know if your dogs will be traveling with you.
