It is suited of a maximum of 3 persons. (2 adults and one child) Prior Checkin our house rules must be signed. A stylish modern interior will make your stay in Ulm comfortable and unforgettable. A Queen size antique bed (140x200 cm) and a crib on request make your stay comfortable. In this apartment an extra bed on rolls is not available. The Apartment is located on the first floor. A deposit of 400 Euro will be asked per stay and will be handled via our self checkin partner chargeautomation. The Apartment can host maximum 3 people (for example 2 adults and one child). The Apartment is suited for a maximum of 2 adults. The rent depends on duration of stay and number of tenants. Children below 1 years are free of charge within their travel crib. Guest access The apartment has a separate entrance. The laundry shop is in the basement and shared among all tenants. Other things to note The Apartment is full fitted and has a nice location. All rooms are modern and high quality fitted. In the main living room, a kitchen is integrated with all what you need during your stay in our nice town. A 150cm wide Size Double Bed and a small working table you find in the bedroom. The kiitchen is fitted with a compact shower. The toilet is separate. Vacuum cleaner and cleaning material is of course available. During your stay there is no cleaning organised. A final cleaning will be done, after you have moved out. In the basement a washing machine and a dryer is available. Same as a bicycle room. WHAT IS INCLUDED: A INTERNET AND PHONE FLATRATE, SATELLITE TV (Hotbird & Astra), 2 WEEKLY BED LINEN REPLACEMENT AND WEEKLY TOWEL EXCHANGE, A MIFI DEVICE FOR FREE INTERNET ACCESS IS AVAILABLE DURING YOUR STAY. The living area is fitted with a SONO WIFI Speaker system.
