Feel-good apartment in the heart of Hamburg

The large bright apartment is located in Wandsbek on the 5th floor and leads with the bedroom and balcony into a green and quiet large courtyard. Unfortunately, the apartment is not suitable for children. Across the street is the large Eichtalpark (the green lung of Wandsbek) with its inviting paths and the river "the Wandse" which also forms small lakes there. Shopping facilities are available in the surrounding area (Aldi, Rewe, bakery, etc.) and the nearby large shopping center at Wandsbek Markt. The apartment is close to transport with very good connections to the city (20 min.) as well as the central train station (20 min.) and airport (25 min.). The apartment has a new wooden floor in almost all rooms, a very large balcony with beach chair, seating for dining and lounging; Wi-Fi is available. The bedroom is suitable for 2 people with a double bed (1.60 width). In the very large, bright living room there is a fold-out guest mattress (W75 x H15 x L195) a sleeping option for 1 more person. The adjoining dining room is comfortably furnished and offers every comfort. The large cozy kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, washing machine, refrigerator, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, iron and leaves nothing to be desired. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and shower. The connection via the U1 from Wandsbek Markt with bus lines 9/262 and 162 is very good (approx. 3 minutes from Wandsbek Markt). On the other side of the street is the large Eichtalpark, with its many green spaces as well as pond and river facilities, ideal for walking and playing sports. In the adjacent side streets you will find various grocery stores as well as bakeries and kiosks. For longer stays in the apartment, a higher deposit will be charged (depending on the stay). The apartment is also inhabited by me. Guest access The entire apartment including the balcony, bicycle cellar/garbage room and the communal garden is usable for the renter. In addition, a dresser for the guests' clothes in the bedroom. The exception is a side in the apartment and 3 compartments that are described with "private," as well as some cabinets that contain my private clothes.
