This former grocery store dating from 1953 was recently completely renovated in style and has various authentic elements such as beamed ceilings. The holiday home is situated in a small quiet street next to a small village pub, which will give you more pleasure than hassle. The picturesque Zeddam is beautifully located in the Achterhoek and the village is next to the Montferland woodlands where you can walk, cycle and go horseback riding for hours on end. The big master bedroom is on the first floor and is equipped with a double bed and changing table. The room is light, because of large windows, that can open fully. Also, the first floor has a luxurious bathroom with a free standing bathtub. The other two bedrooms are on the light and spacious attic, because of three big roof windows, that can be roller blinded. Each of these two rooms has two separate boxspring beds, that can be combined to one. Also, there is a washer and dryer. Your holiday home is situated in the hilly and green border region of Montferland. Both the town of Arnhem and the German border are a stone’s throw away. Cycling enthusiasts can have a wonderful time in the Achterhoek since the area has more than 1500 kilometres of cycle paths. For a great day out shopping you can reach the German towns of Düsseldorf and Oberhausen within an hour. But also, Utrecht is only one hour away and Amsterdam 1,5 hour!
