Greek Villa in the Peloponnese

Spend quality time with friends & family at a unique & relaxing villa with ambience and style. Next to a private beach, secluded by a wonderful flower-laden garden, and with a unique private pool it is ideal for your perfect summer holiday. The space (All measurements below are in the metric system) 350 sq m villa in the Peloponnese peninsula, at Porto Hydra area (not inside the actual Porto Hydra hotel or villas-on their side)  , near to Ermioni, just opposite the island of Hydra. The house is situated 30 m., or a 2 min. walk from a private beach and is surrounded by a ~2000 sq mt garden, designed by a professional landscaper with appropriate plants and trees for the area (Bougainvilleas, Jasmine trees, olive trees, lemon trees etc). A small separate garden is on the side of the house where we grow our own vegetables for a perfect greek salad. The garden has a pool of 80 sq. m. equipped with the latest technology in water renewal and ozone filtration, situated in the space just outside the main living room and in the centre of the garden. In the garden there is a BBQ area with a dining table that seats 8-10 people. Just underneath there is an dedicated parking space able to fit 2 cars. The villa is divided in two sections: the main house, with 3 double bedrooms en suite and the adjoined but independent guest house of ~100 sq mts with two bedrooms (one en suite). Every bedroom is in its own dedicated floor (which also includes a bathroom), adding up to 3 floors just for the bedrooms. Each of the houses is complete with large living rooms overseeing the pool, formal dining rooms, informal dining rooms, kitchens and all kinds of appliances and amenities. The architecture is that of a classic Italian villa with a Greek twist and the areas within the house are decorated with a marine ambience that oozes serenity and relaxation, with large windows overlooking the pool, the garden and the sea from many different angles. All spaces are open and the kitchen area is big, full of light, with a big island. All common areas and each bedroom have independent A/C. A gardener and a cleaning lady are included with the price whereas a private cook can prepare any of your meals, upon request. Private yacht tours can be arranged as well as tours to the ancient Greek theatre of Epidaurus, where plays are still being performed (and you can watch too).
