Alpaca Farm House Hen and Stags welcome

This is an old Manor House, set in its own grounds, down a private lane, It is beautifully presented, with a huge Kitchen dining room with an electric Aga, two sitting rooms, 7 bedrooms, and the odd cobweb. Once we have welcomed you into the house, there are 7 bedrooms Twins and Doubles and its really homely and we have installed an electric Aga, however we do live in the house when its not rented out, as it our home, and we keep a bedroom on the ground floor with our personal things in it, The space The house is well decorated and in good order throughout, but being an old manor house with lots of beams, it grows cobwebs over night, so if you are expecting to come to a modern house furnished with ikea furniture, don't come here please. We sleep 22 guests, and have big sofas in the sitting rooms too Guest access The house is for you only the lovely secluded garden and hot tub, and the front parking area Other things to note We charge a good house keeping bond which is fully refundable, its not for broken glasses or plates, but broken shower screens burnt tables/carpets, spills on the carpets, which may need cleaning, once the house is cleaned through, it is returned, so please leave your bank details with Shaun £500 for hens and groups and £1000 Stags
