The house is located 6 km outside of Stockholm but within an easy commute to Stockholm's centre.Surrounded by the water and forest,in the middle of the nice nature and archipelago.As the houses The space Welcome to a special 'Atelier or an Artist's workroom'. The house is located 6 km outside of Stockholm but within an easy commute to Stockholm's centre. The house offers 1,5 bedroom plus a loft with a high ceiling and double bed. A living room with a comfortable corner sofa, which can be turned into a double bed. Kitchenette with a dish washer, a smaller stove, an oven, a microwave oven, tea and coffee maker and a fan for cooking, a shower and a 'non-smelling' freezing toilet or an outside loo. You have access to a furnished patio and a parasol during the summer, facing the sea. The garden is 3000 square metres and the nearest neighbor is 100 metres away. There is also the possibility to additional rental with the main house, which is on the same garden. Free parking space is available if you choose to come by car. The beach is close by and is more stony than sandy. Well enjoyed on warm summer days. You can also have a woodfired Sauna which is situated in the community You are 2 km from the nearest Restaurant and the golf course and 200 metres from the tennis court. The area also offers nice jogging trails and wild forest. The best way to arrive is with private transportation but there are public buses leaving every 8 minutes from Stockholm's center and arriving in less than 20 minutes. There is also the option to come the seaway, as well. This is a great get-away trip for families or friends, who are looking for the vicinity to the nature and the wilderness, yet next to Stockholm's centre. Welcome to the sea and the nature! Other things to note The garbage is to be sorted to organic(little brown paperbags) and non organic(inox bin in kitchen) and there are different bins for that by the "mainroad".The toilet is a freezing toilet.ls put "soil" after every using :).The toilet emptying is to the "latrincompost" behind the loo ,pls.put a little soil on top there too. :)Don t forget to put a new bag in the toilet. ;). For the moment it is not allowed to take the car to the "house".PLs leave it outside the little road so that it allows the neigbours to come out.There is also a guest parking 50m away.There is also an other rental house on the same plot of 4000m2.
