This is a ground floor apartment in a triplex built in the 1930’s. We love that it still has loads of old-style charm even with the updates we’ve made. Living room is equipped with several seats for gathering and relaxing. Back bedroom has brand new Queen-sized bed with super soft bedding and plenty of space to store your things. Second bedroom includes a Full-sized bed with all-new bedding as well. Recently renovated Full bath will provide the perfect spot to wash off the day or perhaps enjoy a lovely bath to soak after exploring all the Greensboro has to offer! Log into your own netflix/hulu/prime accounts and enjoy your favorite shows on the smart TV. ***Please note: There is no network tv. Spacious workstation with wifi is located in the dining room, which is just off the fully stocked kitchen with brand new appliances: full-sized fridge, stove, microwave, coffeemaker, and dishwasher. W/D is also located in the dining room, free to use. Entire apartment, screened porch, off-street parking for 1-2 cars We like to let guests enjoy their trip without hassle from us, but we’re nearby and available through the app messaging or phone if you need anything. This neighborhood is known for its eclectic nature and history and is centrally located: close to PTI, downtown, and the coliseum/aquatic center. We’re right next to the university, so you’ll mingle with students as well as families in this historical, residential neighborhood — IDEAL for fully immersing yourself in all that Greensboro has to offer! If you’re here for the holidays, definitely leave time for some hot cocoa and walking to see Sunset Hills famous “christmas balls”! We are also near the BEST burger in the area (HOP’S). Be sure to get in line early for an amazing brunch at Scrambled, or take a short walk down to “the corner” which is a Lindley Park GEM with a grocery, coffee shop, restaurants, and a cute vintage store! 10 min walk. Lindley Park is a friendly, walkable neighborhood. Uber and Lyft are available if you need help getting around as well as zipcar. Please be mindful of noise and parking. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am.
