Little Dream is located in one of the most exclusive areas of the Lido of Venice. Located in the Lidense lagoon, The garden of the house faces one of the most beautiful islands in the southern lagoon of Venice: the island of San Lazzaro degli Armeni, where the monastery is the fulcrum of the homonymous order. A few minutes from the center of the Lido, it takes less than 15 minutes to reach Venice. The villa has everything you need to enjoy your stay in Lido di Venezia with serenity. The space The space recalls the typical style that can be found in the most classic of Venetian houses: marble floor in typical lagoon style, antique furniture. From the living room you have access to the terrace, overlooking the Venice lagoon, where you can have lunch and spend your time in complete peace and tranquility. The wi-fi is present throughout the apartment. The entire house is located on the first floor of the villa overlooking the lagoon and its 3 bedrooms, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, terrace, large living room and exclusive garden are completely available to guests only. Please note The house, although well-maintained in every room (and we take great care to ensure it is tidy and clean for our guests), has furniture and fixtures that are certainly not recent (the kitchen is 1950s-style, and the bedrooms have antique wood furniture and floors). It is a fragile home, and we ask for the utmost respect and care. Please Note The entrance and the first part of the garden is shared with the owner's work studio located in the basement under the house, completely independent from the rented house. The owner obviously will take into account the privacy of the guests. Guest access The house can be reached by car and you can park for free and safely in the street below the house and in the streets of the neighborhood. The Lido di Venezia is also very well connected and easily accessible from the airports by boats that depart every 30 minutes. A pier is present at 50 meters from the house if you want to reach the apartment by water taxi. Other things to note IMPORTANT In accordance with the regulations in force in the municipality of Venice and in the Veneto Region, upon your arrival you will be asked for the following: - Valid identity documents for each resident guest in order to proceed with the registration of guests - Tourist tax for each guest IMPORTANT Once guests arrive at the apartment, they will be required to pay the local tourist tax, according to the local regulations of the Municipality of Venice The rates are: - 4 € / day x each adult (max 5 days) - 2 € / day x each child under 16 years (max 5 days) The tourist tax is paid only on the first 5 days of stay in the municipality of Venice, from the sixth day onwards, therefore the days are not taxed.
