Set away from the main road, Villa Belvedere opens onto a wide lawn that gently slopes down to the beach and lakefront terrace. The fully fenced grounds make the property ideal for family holidays with children. The newly renovated interiors are spacious and thoughtfully designed. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare delicious meals with local ingredients, either indoors or outdoors on the lakefront terrace, thanks to the professional barbecue. Despite its generous common areas, the villa ensures privacy for all guests: each room has its own bathroom, walk-in closet, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi connection. Many rooms enjoy magnificent lake views, every time you look out the window, you’ll feel immersed in a bath of light and shimmering reflections on the water. The property also offers a large parking for multiple cars and a fully equipped laundry room located on the lower floor. On request, some restaurants also offer home delivery. The historic center of Gardone Riviera Alto can be reached with a pleasant twenty-minute walk or a short drive. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire villa, the garden, and the beach below. The property offers convenient parking space for 5–6 cars. Other things to note Energy costs are not included in the rental price. Actual consumption will be calculated during your stay based on meter readings taken at check-in and check-out. Payment will be requested via Airbnb. Bed linen, towels, and beach towels are included in the price. For stays of at least 14 days, we offer a mid-stay light cleaning service along with a change of bed linen and towels. After each guest’s departure, the house is thoroughly aired, deeply cleaned, and sanitized using certified medical-grade cleaning products. Upon request, we can also perform ozone treatment, which provides deep sanitation — including pillows and mattresses — without the use of chemicals.
