Away from the traffic of the state road, Villa Belvedere opens onto a large lawn that descends gently to the beach and the terrace on the lake. The fully fenced land also makes the property ideal for holidays with children. The newly renovated interiors are spacious and expertly organized. The fully equipped kitchen will allow you to prepare delicious dishes with local ingredients, both inside the house and on the terrace facing the lake, thanks to the professional barbecue. While offering large common areas, the villa guarantees privacy for all guests: each room is equipped with a private bathroom, a walk-in closet, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi. From many rooms you can enjoy a magnificent view of the lake, and every time you look out the window you will feel like you are immersed in a bath of light and colors reflected on the water. The property also has a convenient space for parking numerous cars and an equipped laundry room located in the basement. The villa enjoys a strategic location: a few minutes' walk away are a supermarket, bakery, newsstand and the center of Gardone Riviera Basso, with its shops, bars and restaurants. Upon request, some restaurants also offer home delivery service. The center of Gardone Riviera Alto can be reached with a pleasant twenty-minute walk or in a few minutes by car. In about twenty minutes on foot you can also get to Salò, renowned for its elegant shops and the beautiful lake promenade. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire villa, the garden, and the beach below. The property offers convenient parking space for 5–6 cars. Other things to note Energy costs are not included in the rental price. Actual consumption will be calculated during your stay based on meter readings taken at check-in and check-out. Payment will be requested via Airbnb. Bed linen, towels, and beach towels are included in the price. For stays of at least 14 days, we offer a mid-stay light cleaning service along with a change of bed linen and towels. After each guest’s departure, the house is thoroughly aired, deeply cleaned, and sanitized using certified medical-grade cleaning products. Upon request, we can also perform ozone treatment, which provides deep sanitation — including pillows and mattresses — without the use of chemicals.
