Located 20 min drive from Orlando Airport, 8 miles from Disney, 20 minutes from Universal and SeaWorld & lots of Golf courses to choose from if you play golf. The space Guests are able to use whole house and patio not sharing with anyone. Come and enjoy our beautiful townhouse in great location, close to airport and all parks. Our second home is equipped with all essentials , we furnished and stacked with all your needs in mind. Fast speed internet you can hook up up to 10 devices . Living Room and every bedroom has its own Smart TV. Fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker , toaster,blender, utensils plenty of plates,serving Platers ,glasses including a wine glasses and ice bucket. Complementary coffee, tea spices are supplied. Startup toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, washing detergent is supplied Gather around Dining room table set for seven for a family meals or use it for late night board game fun . Full laundry with Washer and Dryer , Iron and Ironing Board There are 4 bedrooms 1 master bedroom suite on first floor with king bed 2nd Master suite on second floor Queen bed with 2 other Bedrooms Full bed and 2 twin beds and additional bathroom One Baby playpen , baby chair, baby gate Spacious bathrooms with towels , soaps , shampoo, conditioners and hair dryers. Screen patio with table and chairs Private Balcony with 2 rocking chairs- my favorite place watching sunsets ❤️❤️❤️ There are 2 parking spots Only a front of the house. Walking distance to one of the biggest community pool , tennis court, gym and play ground. Please keep the Temperature Cool - don’t go below 68 F - it will froze the unit Heat no more then 78 F In Florida- Geico’s , ants, roaches, any type of flying insects are very common- please keep the doors closed- no money will be refunded upon spotting any of them inside- we get a pest control service every month. Other things to note * The pictures are subject to difference due to upgrades. In stays 28 days or longer a free house cleaning will be provided after 14 days stay ( in the middle of your stay ) No smoking inside of the house of any kind a fee of $250 will apply for cleaning and disinfecting . There are 4 cameras outside only 1st camera is ring by the front door 2nd camera is by the front door walkway 3rd camera is by the back - patio door 4th camera is facing the driveway Guest access Guess have a whole house to themselves Walking distance to clubhouse , gym and pool ( private access must have electronic card - we provide) Tennis courts and playground, Walking paths. Other things to note This is gated community so you need a gate code every time you enter so it’s very safe however please don’t park on the street You must fully park on parking spot not to overhang on sidewalk or park on grass otherwise your car will be towed there is a limit of 4 hours , remember there is only parking for 2 cars a front of the houses - no overnight guests parking in community. Active towing every night. Outside cameras 4 - front parking, front sidewalk,entry door and back patio door. only to keep an eye on especially when the house is unoccupied .
