In the spacious light-flooded living area with cozy leather couch, there is also a large dining area and the open kitchen. The spacious living area as well as the entire apartment offer enough space for a social togetherness on vacation. For entertainment, this apartment has a 102 cm led flat TV, various board games, a road carpet and a holiday library. From the living area we reach the sunny south-east terrace. Due to its sunny location, the terrace invites you to eat and gather alfresco or sunbathe in the beach chair. Furthermore, you have the possibility to use a portable dog fence. The kitchenette is extensively equipped with dishwasher, convection stove with ceramic hob, fridge with freezer and microwave. The first bedroom is furnished with a large double bed and a wardrobe for our holiday wardrobe, the second and third bedrooms with two single beds. The apartment has a car parking right by the house. Bicycles can be parked in the separate bike room. Use of the wagon is included here. In the storage room, a portable dog fence, 1 m high (without guarantee) was deposited. A maximum of two pets are allowed in this property! The Sünnslag holiday complex is nestled between Kastanienallee and the green quiet side streets in the Ahornweg and Eichenweg. Shopping facilities are only about 200m away. The distance to the Baltic Sea beach is only about 400 m.
