Freestanding holiday home in a quiet area

You will be staying in a comfortable, fully furnished holiday home, the "Dashuis". The house is next to our own house and has its own entrance. You have your own, enclosed terrace with plenty of privacy. In the immediate vicinity, chances are you will encounter deer or a kingfisher. The location is in a natural environment with ample hiking and biking possibilities. Cities are easily accessible, Leeuwarden 30 min., Groningen 40 min. A direct bus to Heerenveen with, among other things, the Thialf ice stadium. The space On the ground floor, there is a living room with open kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet and double bedroom. There are double patio doors to the private terrace overlooking the water feature. In the double bedroom, a double bed. On the upper floor, with a sloping roof, there is a sleeping loft where a double bed (1.40 m) and two single beds are available. The ceiling height in the middle is 1.65 meters. Pets in consultation under certain conditions. Guest access The house has its own terrace with table and chairs. The terrace is adjacent to a large garden with pond. The garden and pond are private property of the host and not accessible to the tenants. You will of course enjoy the beautiful view. Other things to note - The municipality of Heerenveen charges a tourist tax of €2.65 per person per night. Pay upon arrival. -The private terrace is separated from the garden with a fence. Children who cannot swim should be constantly supervised because the pond is 10 meters from the fence. -The sleeping loft is accessible with a staircase that is steeper than average. The headroom in the sleeping loft is 1.65 meters and has sloping walls. -Coffee maker for coffee pods.
