Vacation home located in a nature reserve

In a former field stone barn, about 5 km from Templin, in a nature reserve. The separate house is surrounded by game reserves, meadows, forests and lakes. Wonderful walks, canoe tours, bike tours and rollerblade tours are possible from here. Fireplace on cold winter evenings. There is never boredom here. High-quality materials in both apartments, clay walls, wooden floors, terracotta tiles, cobblestone walls, wall heating, breathing rooms, natural materials. Furniture and interiors were designed and built for the apartments. Be careful, there is a step in the apartment. For autumn and winter, there is a fireplace. A 10-minute walk will take you to a horse enclosure for riding and here the bike path or skater path to Fürstenwerder leads along the border to MacPom. If you prefer fishing or rowing, there is a canoe entrance less than 200 m from the house and 15 minutes on foot to the Netzow and Gleuensee lakes, which invite you to fish. You can also swim there... (You can rent a stand-up paddle from us) If you don't feel like exercising, you can also relax very well in front of the house, or even barbecue. A wooden bench, a table and a grill as well as several loungers are available for this. Other things to note We have a sauna area in the garden, with a covered wooden terrace and sun loungers and high wooden walls for privacy. Saunas must be registered and other guests must stay outside during the booked time. We charge €10 for the first hour and €5 for each additional hour per person. Since Templin is a spa town, €2.00/day will be charged by the city of Templin for persons aged 14 and over. For this, you get a spa pass, which allows discounted entrance fees for various facilities in the region.
