Fully renovated (April 2022) vacation home for 2 people equipped with every luxury for a pleasant stay. Come and enjoy the tranquility, space and nature just outside Groede, close to the beach and Waterdunen nature reserve. On the one and a half hectare plot, there are plenty of places to enjoy the tranquility, sun or shade and nature. See other important information for more details The space This cozy, atmospheric house has a private terrace with Fermob garden furniture and beach chairs to relax and enjoy the sun. It is fully luxuriously furnished for a pleasant stay. From the nice sofa, you can enjoy endless polder views, and for the cooler evenings, there is a cozy wood stove. In the open kitchen, you will find everything you need to make a nice meal or cappuccino. Equipped with dishwasher, induction hob, oven and extractor hood. Of course, there is central heating, WiFi and TV (including Netflix & Canal Digital). The bedroom has an extra large bed of 1.80 x 2.10 and is equipped with a Matts mattress. From the bedroom you step into the bathroom, equipped with rain shower, design radiator, sink and toilet. The walls are covered with concrete stucco. Designer faucets and zellige tiles on the back wall of the hanging toilet complete the picture. Guest access Every guest can freely use the entire plot. Enjoy the tranquility and space, play a game of jeu de boules or table tennis. On our property is our Cooking Barn where we regularly organize culinary activities for our guests. Other things to note We only rent for midweek, weekend or whole week. In the months of July and August only for a whole week. Changeover days: We use Mondays and Fridays as fixed arrival and departure days, so please take this into account when booking. Pets: Bringing a maximum of 1 dog is allowed in consultation. Consumption of gas, water, and light: The consumption of gas, electricity and water is included in the rates. Tourist tax: The amount of the tourist tax is determined annually by the municipality and is €2.15 p.p. per night for this year. This must be paid in cash or by debit card upon departure. The final cleaning is €65 Optional make-up beds and towels: We are happy to provide a bedding package, consisting of fitted sheet, duvet cover, pillowcase and made-up beds. For this, we charge €9.50 per person. The rental of towels, consisting of 2 towels, is €6.50 per package. Please indicate at the time of booking whether you wish to use this or bring it yourself.
