Quinta dos Pinheiros

Quinta dos Pinheiros is located in Foros Salvaterra, 34 km from Vila Franca de Xira, 32 km from Santarém and 50 km from Lisbon. The Quinta was recently remodeled. Quinta dos Pinheiros is prepared to accommodate 8 people, has a covered area of 160 m2 and an uncovered area of 10,000 m2. Surrounding the house, with 2000 m2, is a swimming pool, soccer field, swings, an exotic bird cage, a playhouse for children, a trampoline and a pergola. Parking inside the Quinta. The space On the property there are other spaces that we use for storage and, as such, are closed. The farm is not completely fenced; part of it is made up of natural hedges. Guest access The house consists of a ground floor and 1st floor with separate entrances. Guests have exclusive access to the ground floor and the entire farm space (about 2000 m²), i.e., there will be no other guests in the space. There is about 8000 m2 of agricultural area. Other things to note Although it is a country house and gives the feeling of being isolated, some noise can be heard. We have neighbors and we must respect them. Our space is suitable for families and friends who want to relax and have fun. Not suitable for noisy groups. Inviting others to spend the day is not allowed. Our space is for our guests' use only. We need access to the space to care for the animals and maintain the pool. This will only occur on certain days, previously communicated.
