Villa in Kalami

The villa "Melpomeni" is suitable for up to 8 people and is located just 100 meters from a small pebble beach. The nearest tavern is 1 km away. The nearest shops can be found 3.5 km from Kalyves. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 toilet, kitchen with living room, 4 balconies (3 of them with sea view). A large garden surrounds the house. The space The villa is about 200 square meters. The bedrooms and living rooms each have air conditioning and at least one ceiling fan. The windows have mosquito nets. All rooms have heating. The living room and the kitchen are in a large room, which is surrounded by a balcony with wonderful sea views. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, fridge, small dishwasher, coffee machine (Tassilo & filter coffee machine) and other utensils. The living room has a couch, a dining table, and a fireplace. The master bedroom has a queen-sized double bed (1.60 mx 2 m), a large pull-out sofa bed for 2 more people, a balcony with sea view (private access from outside), walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom. The two other bedrooms each have a queen-size double bed (1.60 mx 2 m), a wardrobe and access to the shared balcony with garden and side sea views. Across the hall you reach the second bathroom with bath, washing machine and dryer and the guest toilet. I gave the name Melpomeni to the villa for the following reasons. Just a few kilometers inland from the villa is the village of Aptera and the ancient Apteras Theater. In Greek mythology, the muses and sirens have been competing in this place. One of the muses was Melpomeni (also Melpomene). This name came straight to my mind because one of my grandmothers was called that. Nowadays, this name is hardly forgiven, although I find him and his possible short cuts (Melpo and Meni) melodious. Other things to note Bed linen and towels are sufficient (also for change) available. Cleaning of the house is not included during the stay, but can be booked as much (100€ / cleaning, payment on the spot). Please give us this. before arrival. If you want to use the heating, costs 30 € per day, which are to be paid on the spot. For long-term rentals, the consumption is billed exactly. An early check-in, before 4 pm, is possible free of charge, as far as there is no departure of other guests on your arrival day.
