There are two parking spaces right in front of the house. The terrace provides chairs, cushions, a table, loungers and a parasol, as well as a grill. In summer the terrace has a gazebo (see photo). A private boat jetty and new mooring were built in the spring of 2015. A motorboat is available by the house. A roofed area between the house and the shed is ideal for smokers and for hanging up laundry etc. In the nearby locality and a few kilometres away you can find restaurants and shopping facilities.
