Cozy contemporary house in the Parc Régional de Chartreuse, a preserved nature site 15 km from Grenoble (25 min), 1100 m altitude. Starting point for many hikes in the massif (hiking, cross-country skiing, Nordic, biathlon stadium, ski lifts, hiking, mountain biking, etc.). Chartreuse ski resorts 10 minutes away (Sappey and Col de Porte), 15 minutes away St Pierre de Chartreuse. Very nice view of the Vercors opposite. Large unfenced garden + forest and small stream. The space Contemporary, recent, warm, lots of wood. Very bright house from morning to evening, very quiet (dead-end road) and with many amenities available. Guest access The whole house and garden except the cellar. Other things to note We ask for respect for the house, which is built of wood. It is a warm material that you will enjoy but requires some care because the wood is sensitive to scratches and water. Also, we don't accept parties in the house.
