Parking permits are not required in the area. Just make sure to pay close attention to the street cleaning hours. Other things to note ★ Summer in San Francisco is unlike summer in other parts of the US. Most days in the summer temperature is somewhere around 60 - 70 degrees. SF is also known for its chilly summer. Therefore, most homes in the city do not need AC. We may need fans on those days when an unusual heat wave arrives, temperature usually cools down quickly. ★ Extra items such as an ironing board, folding table, folding chairs, portable fans, etc. are available in the storage. ★ The host resides on the ground floor and can be readily contacted through Airbnb's messenger for any assistance you might require during your stay. ★ Guests will enjoy quietness and complete privacy.
