Located at the end of a private drive at the edge of the stunning Lincolnshire Wolds, this charming renovated farm worker’s cottage combines modern open-plan living with character. Perfect for couples, families, groups & pets, it offers tranquility, stargazing, and big open skies. The cottage features under-floor heating, a wood-burning stove, a well-equipped kitchen, superfast WiFi, and a cozy garden room with valley views. Enjoy nearby walks, a private tennis court, and a beach hut for hire. The space North Cottage is a spacious, characterful retreat designed for relaxed countryside stays with flexibility at its core. With generous open-plan living, a garden room overlooking parkland and two well-appointed bedrooms, it works perfectly for couples, families or small groups. Underfloor heating, a wood burning stove and a light garden room are key features that stand out for guests. Its real strength lies in connection - an internal door links directly to South Cottage, allowing you to create a flexible group space for up to 8 while still retaining privacy. (This will be insulated and locked for groups of 4). Guests can add curated food experiences through Bainvalley Larder & Co, making stays effortless from arrival onwards. Guest access We will send you a key-safe code for self check-in ahead of your arrival. Other things to note There is a private tennis court for the guests to use while on their stay only 100 metres from the cottage. We also have a beach hut on our closest sandy beach which can be hired. This allows you somewhere to chill and enjoy a day on the beach. It is fully equipped with chairs, boards, balls, buckets and spades as well as a camping stove for making tea/coffee. Crockery is provided too! Pets are allowed (£20) and the fields not occupied by the cattle can be used for dog walking - immediately outside the cottage. Contractor and extended stay enquiries welcome.
