The Villa 4 people with shared pool is part of the Sea Villas, within the Country Paradise complex, located a few kilometres by car from the village of Stintino and circa 3 km from Le Saline beach. The space The villa 4 people with shared pool( 60sqm) consists of a living room with a a double sofa bed and a kitchenette, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower or tub. The apartment is equipped with: air-conditioning, TV, washing machine, iron and ironing board(upon request), toaster, kettle, pots, pans, crockery and cutlery, hairdryer, bed linen and bathroom towels ( first supply), barbecue (upon request), furnished patio or balcony. Furthermore, you will find a beach umbrella for you to use during your days at the beach. Wi-Fi is not available in the apartment, however you will find it in the public outdoor area in front of the reception office. The apartment is located in a building that includes 5/6 identical apartments, which share the same swimming pool. Other things to note Check-in from 17:00 to 20:00. Check-out is scheduled from 9:00 to 10:00. Arrivals after 20:00 must be communicated in advance to the property. Check-in after 20:00 may not be guaranteed without prior arrangement and a surcharge of € 50.00 may be applied. Also, guests' phone number is required for late check-in. Your stay includes: electricity, water, gas, first supply of bed linen and bath towels(first supply), use of the shared swimming pool, Wi-Fi in reception area (partial use). The kitchenette and waste disposal are the responsibility of the client. If these obligations are not met, a penalty of € 50.00 will be applied for failure to clean the kitchenette and a further € 50.00 for failure to dispose of waste. On your arrival, you will have to pay some compulsory costs: DEPOSIT: € 200.00, refundable at the end of your stay after checking the state of the villa. In case of departures outside the reception office hours, the deposit can be returned by bank transfer (charges to be paid by the client).
